im looking for a older toy robot thing?

i used to have these robot toys that little guys would go in the middle and their legs would get enclosed in these latches and then their hands would hold on to handles on the arms. then they would have various guns on them. their were ones controlled and made by humans then by aliens. i was wondering if anyone knew the name of this toy.

   Sounds like Exosquad they came out in the US in the mid 90′s
